Requirements

  • 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience
  • Exceptional consultative skills with the ability to understand client needs and develop and execute strategies to meet those needs
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
  • Thorough knowledge and experience in recruiting for professional roles, including internet data mining, professional networking, passive candidate sourcing, and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Boolean searching
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Understand the vision and business objectives related to Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet the external talent needs of the company
  • Build a broad talent network through various methods, including referrals, University Relations, passive candidate sourcing, and more
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to fully understand the business, key talent needs, and value proposition for prospective candidates
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR Client Services, and Leaders to stay informed about current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with HR Client Services in the development/execution of succession planning and talent strategy
  • Stay updated on external talent availability and challenges in the market to design effective recruiting strategies that generate top-quality candidates efficiently
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement measures to refine and enhance Talent Acquisition strategies and processes, improving the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts and candidate experience
  • Manage and coordinate communication with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
  • Support efforts to improve attraction and hiring of candidates in alignment with the companyโ€™s Diversity Initiatives
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to generate insightful reports, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the hiring process
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including EEO reporting, Affirmative Action Plans, and internal audits
