Join Pearl Talent as a Talent Success Manager and champion the success of remote talent placed in startups. This remote, full-time independent contractor role (LATAM or PH based) involves managing a team of 8, ensuring high performance and zero churn. You will build and maintain upskilling programs, manage performance KPIs, facilitate onboarding, and track talent progress. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in talent success or related fields, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in various tools. Requirements
- 3-5 years in talent success, talent development, learning and development, or related roles
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and influencing effectively
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and CRMs like ClickUp
- Proven experience in recruitment, coaching, and designing and delivering learning and development programs
- Skilled in creating scalable resources, facilitating training sessions, and implementing up-skilling strategies for teams
- Adept at thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing shifting priorities with flexibility
Responsibilities
- Be the champion and own a strong relationship with each talent in your book β assuring they are driven, packed with resources, and armed to be successful
- Run all talent touches once they are chosen by clients
- Build and maintain up-skilling programsβtailored to individual and client needs
- Manage their areas of responsibilities as well as KPIβs to track their performance
- Facilitate and lead talent onboarding bootcamp and trainings
- Track PTO days and talent attendance issues
- Respond to all talent questions and messages on the same day
- Document all talent communications, NPS scores, risk levels, and development plans in our systems
- Escalate issues or red flags proactively
- Capture talent referrals and opportunities to provide more talent to the clients
- Talents are thriving 9 NPS or on a path to improvement
- No talent stays in yellow or red for more than 2 consecutive weeks
- 100% attendance rate of talent to all coaching calls
- 80% of talent enrolled in upskilling at any given time
- 7 talent-driven referrals per month
- 1 opportunity to grow client team identified per month
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or related industries
- Familiarity with learning platforms and coaching tools
- Strong coaching skills, with the ability to guide and develop individuals to reach their full potential
