Requirements

• Relevant College Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, etc.)
• CPA license
• At least 7+ years working in corporate and/or Big 4 Public Accounting
• Must be willing to travel to client sites in local areas

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and review of income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 for multiple engagements under the supervision of the Tax Director and Tax Partner
• Knowledgeable in Tax accounting and tax compliance rules along with preparing the quarterly and yearly tax provision and tax returns
• Preparing the stand-alone and consolidated federal and state 'C-Corp' income tax using a tax return software
• Assisting with planning and performing tax research on various federal, state, and international tax issues and prepare tax memorandum
• Mentoring Junior team members and establishing relationships with the internal and external tax personnel

Preferred Qualifications

MST license is preferred
