Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
• Active CPA or EA license preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required

Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge and understanding of flow through taxation, partnerships, and s-corporations
• Provide tax compliance, planning, and advisory services to clients
• Review work papers prepared by staff, recommend changes, and implement additional documentation as required
• Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates
• Participate in business development activities to expand the client base

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong accounting, analytical, technical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Willingness to travel locally on a limited basis, as needed
