Tax Manager

Requirements

• CPA licensed (active)
• 5+ years of recent experience in public accounting
• Experience in a paperless environment, reviewing complex returns and international entity returns (5471, 8865, 8858), researching complex tax issues
• Experience with foreign tax credit computations including expense allocation/apportionment
• Experience in calculating FDII (Foreign Derived Intangible Income) deduction
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback
• Organized, detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills
• Ability to adopt new/changing technology; adept at using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and tax software (preferably CCH Axcess & Engagement)
• Collaborative approach to getting work done, shares knowledge, and seeks knowledge of others as appropriate

Responsibilities

Work remotely, manage client engagements, supervise project teams, review complex returns, research complex tax issues, collect accounts receivable

Benefits

• Salary range: $115K - $136K annually, varying DOE
