Remote Team Lead - Accounting

Summary

Join our team as a Team Lead - Accounting to support mission-driven organizations by managing accounting tasks, providing updates to clients, and leading Zoom calls. This part-time contractor role requires daytime availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday for client calls.

Requirements

• Must be US-based
• Work experience or education in Business or Finance is preferred
• Excellent communicator
• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to lead Zoom calls with clients
• Prior experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred
• Great culture fit for our team
• Proficient with basic business platforms (Dropbox, Excel, Word, Outlook)
