Requirements
- Several years of experience in a leadership position, ideally as a team lead in the BPO world, preferably in a contact center
- Strong, ideally native, German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as advanced English skills
- Pronounced communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Experience in handling KPIs and optimizing work processes
- Enjoyment and experience working in a 100% remote environment with a vibrant digital community
Responsibilities
- Lead an engaged team of Customer Service Ambassadors and support them in achieving outstanding performance
- Coordinate the daily activities of your team, set priorities, and ensure that all KPIs and service goals are met
- Promote the development and training of your team members through regular feedback and coaching
- Ensure high service quality by optimizing processes and striving for continuous improvement
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
