Requirements

• Working with multiple components of an HFT platform or system, especially those on the critical path
• Working at an HFT firm during its startup phase and/or working on a trading team are a big plus
• Proven management/leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the project to develop the next generation high-frequency trading platform
• Manage and grow a team focusing on teamwork and a get-it-done culture
• Set the standard of sound coding practices, testing, and documentation
