Join Sherpany, a leading Swiss meeting management solution company, and lead our Nordics Sales team to success! As the Nordics Team Lead, you will guide and support the sales team, design and implement sales strategies for the Nordics market, leverage data for decision-making, present Sherpany's value to C-level executives, collaborate with other teams to improve the sales cycle, and contribute your ideas to shape the future of the sales organization. This role requires proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS sales, a deep understanding of the Nordics market, strong communication and networking skills, and fluency in Swedish and English. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience with a passion for team development and talent nurturing
  • A track record in B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle ownership - from prospecting to closing
  • Deep understanding of the Nordics market landscape and its dynamics
  • You thrive on networking, relationship-building, and your communication skills leave a lasting impression
  • Highly self-organized and goal-driven - you love setting ambitious goals and achieving them
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a hands-on approach to overcoming challenges
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English; any additional Nordic language is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Guide, inspire, and support our Nordic Sales team as a hands-on leader in their day-to-day operations
  • Partner with our VP Sales to design and implement sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the Nordics markets
  • Leverage data and insights to drive smart, goal-oriented decisions and deliver strong results
  • Present Sherpany’s vision and value to C-level decision makers across industries - and win them over
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing
  • Help shape the future of our sales organization with your ideas, expertise, and drive
