Requirements

• Proven ability to develop software applications
• Experience in full-stack development with a focus on Node.js , Python , and React.js
• Proficient in both back-end and front-end technologies to build scalable web applications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions
• Familiarity with Power BI Embedded for data visualization and analytics
• Experience with low-code automation tools , including n8n , Power Automate , and Zapier
• Ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams
• Experience managing projects from concept to completion
• Understanding of Customer Data Platforms and related technologies
• Experience in data integration, warehousing, and analytics
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc
• Understanding of audience segmentation and campaign management
• Pragmatic approach to delivering high-quality solutions efficiently
• Balance between innovative thinking and practical implementation
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent English communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Desire to take on significant responsibility and grow into a senior leadership role
