Summary
Join Urban Sports Club as Teamlead Workplace Experience and shape the work environment and company culture across nine offices in five countries. Develop and implement cross-location standards and concepts, focusing on space optimization, office experience, new work, and sustainability. Manage lease and sublease agreements, lead contract negotiations with vendors, and serve as the primary contact for office-related partnerships. Lead and develop a small international team responsible for local workplace execution. Drive strategic development and continuous improvement of the workplace environment across all locations. Manage all office leases and subleases, including negotiations and compliance with local regulations. Oversee office operations and services, including supplies, safety, access management, and maintenance. Set and manage budgets for workplace and travel topics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in workplace management, office operations, or facilities management—ideally in an international, fast-paced environment
- Experience in leading and developing teams, ideally across multiple locations
- Strong negotiation skills and experience handling lease contracts and vendor agreements
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude—you’re equally comfortable creating long-term plans and fixing things when needed
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you collaborate easily with stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- You lead and develop a small international team responsible for local workplace execution and office experience aligned with Urban Sports Club’s culture and ways of working
- You drive the strategic development and continuous improvement of our workplace and office environment across nine locations in five countries
- You manage all office leases and subleases, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance with local regulations including ESG audits
- You oversee office operations and services including supplies, safety, access management, and maintenance
- You set and manage budgets for workplace and travel topics, including cost control and reporting
- You act as a trusted point of contact for all workplace-related topics across the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with travel management is a plus
- Fluency in English required; German or other European languages are a plus
