Team Leader

Join Panoptyc's rapidly growing, fully remote team as a Team Leader for the Loss Prevention Team. You will oversee quality assurance, implement performance metrics, and ensure accuracy and efficiency in theft detection. This crucial role involves leading a team, developing SOPs, conducting audits, providing coaching, and collaborating with other teams. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field, experience in quality assurance or operations management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in various tools. The position is full-time, requires availability during US business hours, and is based in the Philippines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, or a related field
• Experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operations management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
• Ability to lead and coach teams to uphold quality standards
• Proficiency in quality monitoring tools, Google Suite, and data analysis software
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Availability to work during US business hours

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Team in monitoring and evaluating the performance of loss prevention operations
• Establish and enforce quality control measures to enhance accuracy in theft detection
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize service quality
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to address quality-related challenges
• Identify trends, generate reports, and recommend improvements for better service delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention, security, or retail technology industries
• Background in implementing quality control frameworks
• Familiarity with AI-driven fraud detection and monitoring tools

Benefits
