Tech Engagement Lead

Summary

Join Improvado, a rapidly growing AI-powered marketing platform, as a key member of the Professional Services team. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a tech company in one of the following roles: Engagement Lead, Project Manager, Product Owner, or Team Lead
• Strong technical background: Ability to read logs, write basic SQL and Python scripts, and work with third-party APIs
• Proactive and responsible: You’re ready to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
• Business English : You can confidently read and write in English and eager to improve your language skills

Responsibilities

• Manage task implementation and ensure high-quality execution throughout the full development cycle
• Facilitate effective communication between R&D teams, including engineers, QA, product, analytics, and other key stakeholders
• Support and optimize internal processes for product, project, and service delivery
