Summary

The job is for a Software Engineering Team Leader at Skydropx. Requirements

• 4 years of experience in software design and application development with Ruby on Rails
• Ability to successfully manage remote teams
• Understanding of high-level application architecture definitions
• Experience in requirements analysis and definition
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop characteristics and improvements to services and products in accordance with company standards
• Write technical documentation
• Resolve high-impact technical problems
• Ensure the company's coding style, maintainability, and best practices for high-scale services and products
• Handle performance and optimization issues, particularly at large scale, and demonstrate the ability to diagnose and prevent these issues
• Provide tutoring to team members to help them develop their technical skills and remove obstacles to their autonomy and agility
• Provide architecture and design guidance to the team
• Be available to resolve critical issues as necessary
• Lead the Software Engineering team
• Integrate with different areas of the organization
• Drive platform advancement according to business needs
• Provide the appropriate technical documentation to all engineering team members
• Ensure the performance, security, and availability of the platform
