Tech Lead Fullstack

As an Architect, you will analyze and design application architecture, define technical and strategic direction, identify opportunities for reusable components, ensure secure and resilient implementations, and monitor key performance indicators. You will also lead technical teams, conduct POCs with new technologies, and collaborate with the Squad Lead on strategic decisions. Requirements

• Experience with technical leadership
• Experience with microservices solutions, containerized (Docker) and orchestrated (Kubernetes)
• Practical experience in developing modern applications (APIs) and websites/platforms
• Experience in at least one of the following stacks: Java/Spring Boot; Angular 15+; Spark (Python or Scala)
• Knowledge of messaging and event tools - RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Knowledge of the main application architecture models and patterns - DDD, BDD, Microfrontends, Design Patterns, SOLID, Service Mesh, Enterprise Integration Patterns
• Practical experience with cloud application solutions (AWS)
• Good ability to plan, organize, document and negotiate (deadlines and needs)
• Experience in leading technical teams - knowing how to approach the team so that it comes up with the answer, even if final guidance is necessary

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design application architecture
• Understand the company's technical and strategic direction to generate and document application standards according to corporate architecture
• Identify opportunities to create reusable components/APIs for the entire company and ensure reuse by various development teams
• Ensure secure and resilient implementations
• Monitor KPIs for solution architecture and reuse management
• Conduct POCs with new technologies or different use cases
• Be the focal point for the team for technical questions and crucial deadlocks
• Exercise and explore code reviews and dojos with the team, enhancing the team's continuous learning
• Be the counterpart of the Squad Lead, requiring involvement in meetings and strategic decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of big data solutions - Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL, BI, Data Mesh, MLOps, etc
