Summary

The job description is for a Tech Lead Manager position in the Data Science and Machine Learning team at QuintoAndar, a proptech company operating in Latin America. Requirements

• Experience leading teams and managing careers
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML solutions
• Deep understanding of machine learning concepts
• Strong knowledge of probability and statistics
• Proficiency in Python or another major programming language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid experience with Deep Learning and NLP techniques
• Have experience building solutions with LLMs (RAG, fine-tuning, etc)
• Have experience working at fast-growing startups
