You will manage client relationships, track key metrics, and contribute to process improvements. Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in the staffing, tech, or B2B services industries
- Strong understanding of the software engineering landscape, including common roles, technologies, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with recruiting teams to align client needs with candidate qualifications
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify US-based companies and teams actively looking to augment their software engineering teams with offshore talent
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through research, networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and HR leaders
- Present our staffing solutions effectively, addressing client needs and showcasing the value of offshore team augmentation
- Collaborate with the internal recruiting team to vet offshore candidates and ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of client roles
- Act as a liaison between clients and the recruiting team, facilitating smooth communication and alignment
- Provide insights on client expectations, job requirements, and market trends to optimize candidate sourcing strategies
- Participate in candidate interviews as needed to evaluate fit and present qualified options to clients
- Track and report on lead generation, outreach activities, and client engagement metrics
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with our services and identifying opportunities for ongoing collaboration
- Provide feedback to improve sales and recruiting processes, ensuring a seamless client and candidate experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a tech recruiting agency is highly desired
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
