Summary

Alchemy is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to drive growth within the enterprise customer base and own critical business outcomes. The TAM will work closely with the Technical Account Manager Lead, partner with teammates across the company, and have opportunities for immense growth and learning.

Requirements

• 4-8 years experience as a Technical Account Manager, Account Executive, Solutions Engineer, Customer Product Engineer, or similar roles
• Web3 passion (Understanding core Ethereum principles, scaling mechanisms, L1/L2/L3)
• Startup experience

Responsibilities

• Report on customer health and proactively guide customers to operate effectively and efficiently while aiming to expand their revenue footprint
• Identify customer growth opportunities, increase attach-rate of Alchemy's products with customers, and drive customer retention
• Regularly engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives, operations teams, developers, and other cross-functional teams
• Work collaboratively with Product + Engineering to rollout new products + features to largest enterprise customers
• Drive customer implementations and executive engagements
• Advise customers on Web3 infra best practices by doing proper discovery and using your understanding of their environments
