Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a part-time, remote Technical Account Manager based in Latin America. Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical account manager, product manager, or project manager role
- Prior manual QA experience with live websites or digital products
- Excellent verbal and written English; confident leading video calls with clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage 10+ active accounts in parallel
- Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with: WordPress, Webflow, Headless CMS (e.g., Contentful, Sanity)
- Hands-on experience with: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic literacy)
- Hands-on experience with: Slack, Figma, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Hands-on experience with: Asana, Monday, or JIRA
- Hands-on experience with: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience with: HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Experience running agile sprints, retrospectives, and sprint planning
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 10β15 client accounts
- Handle 5β10 client calls per week and maintain consistent communication via Slack
- Respond to client messages quickly (we enforce strict SLAs for responsiveness)
- Translate business requirements into project plans and user stories
- Manage kanban boards and run bi-weekly sprints in Asana, Monday.com, or JIRA
- Perform manual QA of new features and designs on staging environments
- Report bugs and issues with clear documentation, screenshots, and Loom videos
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and QA to ensure smooth handoffs and timely delivery
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Oversee CRM and marketing automation setups (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Review designs and prototypes in Figma and provide client-ready feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous web development or engineering experience
- Experience working in a high-velocity agency setting
- Familiarity with GitHub or version control workflows
