Requirements

  • Have an Engineering degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or other related fields or equivalent experience in mobile industry
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in mobile space, technical-sales experience is a plus
  • Be a natural problem-solver with an analytical mind
  • Have a technical mindset and an excellent understanding of technical drawings
  • Be great communicator with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way with excellent command of English at native or professional level
  • Enjoy working in international cross-functional teams
  • Have an extensive know-how on web based content management platforms, mobile development ecosystem, and new technological improvements on mobile space

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the SDK integration process by creating solid documentation, creating sample scenarios for support, and guiding developers for specific scenarios like customization, conversion tracking, monetization
  • Ensure that customers achieve success and get the best value of the product with a seamless integration process
  • Ensure that the customer is live with Storyly at the planned dates
  • Effectively ask for and manage engineering time to ensure important work for customers is prioritized and unimportant requests are resolved with minimal to no engineering resources
  • Fielding and troubleshooting customer support requests by coordinating, escalating and following up with Development and Product teams
  • Create and update customer documentation and training materials as needed
  • Serve as a technical advisor and partner to clients, aiding in their understanding and utilization of our platform’s capabilities
  • Reduce the number of reoccurring issues, problems and bottlenecks
  • Track current customer SDK versions to make sure they won’t face the reoccurring crash and bugs

What You Will Do
