Join Expedite Commerce as an Agentic AI Technical Architect and design, build, and scale multi-platform solutions using AWS, AI, and Salesforce. This role requires extensive experience in AWS implementations, Agentic AI, Salesforce integrations, and various programming languages. Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale AWS implementations, alongside other cloud or hybrid solutions
• Expertise in designing scalable, observable, microservices-based, event-driven, and serverless architectures
• Direct, hands-on experience embedding Agentic capabilities (LLMs, Multi Agent framework, AWS Bedrock-based agents) into production systems
• Must be able to discuss technical approaches, architecture decisions, and real-world learnings
• Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce REST APIs and Object Model
• Proficiency in designing, building, and managing Salesforce integrations with external systems
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data structures, platform events, and cross-platform workflows (including CPQ, CLM, eCommerce and Billing integrations)
• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend services for multi-platform enterprise applications
• 2-3 years of active involvement in designing and implementing robust API ecosystems across AWS and Salesforce
• Expertise in API management, event-driven design, system observability, monitoring, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability
• 3-5 Years Leading Teams
• You’ve managed designers, developers, QA engineers, or DevOps specialists, guiding them through challenging build cycles while maintaining high morale and productivity
• You excel at coaching team members—spotting potential, providing feedback, and creating pathways for professional development
• Skilled in AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito, Elastic Beanstalk, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform, and AWS CI/CD pipelines
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and data storage using NoSQL databases
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce systems into AWS-based serverless ecosystems to enable event-driven, agent-powered workflows

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale multi-platform solutions that address real-world challenges and yield measurable business outcomes
• Guide and mentor a cross-functional development team
• Oversee day-to-day development activities, drive the design, development, and POC efforts across Frontend and Backend in AWS, and lead Salesforce integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AWS, AI, and Salesforce, ensuring coding best practices, fostering a collaborative environment, and playing a crucial role in driving both technical excellence and professional growth among your team members
• Deliver and oversee products from ideation to market release—and beyond
• Bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business viability, ensuring each product launch is smooth, scalable, and impactful
• Use AI capabilities—such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, or generative models—to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and elevate user experiences
• Actively develop, code, integrate, and troubleshoot solutions
• Extensive coding, prototyping, and proof-of-concept work is expected alongside architecture and design responsibilities
