Summary

This Technical Business Analyst role is a key member of Granicus' Implementation Services team. The position involves gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating requirements for OneView software implementations and enhancements within the gov tech sector, with a primary focus on the OneView Software. The role requires 3-5 years of experience working in software/tech, specifically with Implementations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with government clients and stakeholders to understand their specific processes, objectives, and challenges
• Elicit, document, and prioritize clear and actionable requirements for OneView software implementations and enhancements within the gov tech sector
• Utilize advanced SQL querying to analyze data and gain insights into government processes, aiding in requirements identification
• Analyze and map current and future government processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams tailored to government agencies
• Ensure that requirements are comprehensive, well-structured, and aligned with both government expectations and software capabilities
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements within the gov tech context
• Coordinate with software developers, project managers, and QA teams to accurately translate government business requirements into software features
• Participate in the testing and validation of OneView software solutions for government agencies to ensure alignment with defined requirements and quality standards
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of government-specific scenarios
