Technical Cloud Support Analyst

Summary

Join Mutt Data, a remote startup, as a Technical Cloud Support Analyst! This role blends internal technical support, automation, infrastructure monitoring, and cross-team collaboration. You will work with Python, cloud platforms, databases, and more, supporting operational processes and contributing to internal tooling. While prior experience (around 1 year) in tech support, development, or infrastructure is needed, expertise isn't required; curiosity and a proactive attitude are key. The team provides ample support and growth opportunities. Requirements

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering or related bachelor's level
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Experience in IT support
• General understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with other teams
• A hands-on attitude and good communication skills
• Intermediate English (reading technical docs, written communication)

Responsibilities

• Provide information, analysis, and assistance for decision-making and technology initiatives
• Monitor infrastructure and help track cloud costs
• Offer day-to-day support to internal teams and troubleshoot technical issues
• Contribute to building internal tooling and reusable service packages
• Help prepare documentation, presentations, and materials for internal and partner use
• Collaborate with other departments (Finance, People, etc.) to support operational processes
• Assist in audits, policy implementation, and compliance tracking
• Support company certification efforts and technical documentation processes
• Help research and evaluate new technologies to improve internal systems
• Contribute to the integration of new tools across the company
