Technical Copywriter

Summary

Join Apify's marketing team as a Technical Copywriter to create engaging and accurate content for the Apify platform. You will focus on user-facing content such as READMEs, tutorials, and microcopy, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and other teams to develop compelling copy for various platforms, including landing pages and promotional materials. This role requires 5+ years of experience in technical writing or copywriting with a marketing focus, a strong portfolio, and fluent English. Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience in technical writing or technical copywriting, but with a marketing slant
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates your skills
• Fluent English (C2 level) that translates into clear, concise writing with no typos or clunky phrasing

Responsibilities

• Work with Apify Store Product Managers to craft and refine high-quality READMEs for Apify Actors
• Work closely with PMMs to create engaging copy for landing pages, product pages, ad campaigns, and other promotional materials
• Create and edit meta titles, meta descriptions, and other copy across the Apify platform
• Produce blog and other content to help promote awareness and understanding of the tools that you work on

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a technical environment or a technical background
• Experience with platforms like GitHub
• Experience with Notion, Slack, Trello, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
