Summary

The job is for a Customer Onboarding Manager at Runway, a next-generation business planning platform. The role involves upgrading customers' financial stack, leading customer onboarding, empowering customers, working cross-functionally, and partnering with sales. Remote work is allowed in North America.

Responsibilities

• Upgrading customers’ financial stack by deploying Runway for automating actuals and elevating forecasting
• Leading and documenting customer onboarding
• Empowering customers with product training and advice until they are self-sufficient

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technical product onboarding is a strong plus
• If you have experience with FP&A software
