Requirements

• Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership skills with experience in building and leading high-performing development teams
• Technical expertise in a variety of areas, such as software development, cloud computing, microservices, and data science
• Full Stack Development Experience: Strong background in full stack development, covering both backend (Symfony and Node.js) and frontend (Vue.js)
• Architecture Design Skills: Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications using Symfony, Node.js, and Vue.js
• Project Management: Experience with project management methods (like Agile and Scrum) and tools
• Strategic thinking ability: Strong strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals
• Proble m-solving and Decision-making: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions
• Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people
• Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in Symfony, Node.js, and Vue.js technologies
• Quality Assurance and Security : Ensuring the codebase's quality and reliability, including implementing security measures to safeguard against potential vulnerabilities

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Coding (70%): Focus primarily on hands-on coding, developing and implementing technical solutions that drive the company’s technology strategy forward
• Team Management and Consulting (20%): Dedicate a portion of your time to managing and consulting with the technology team, providing guidance, troubleshooting challenges, and fostering collaboration to ensure projects stay on track
• Aligning with CCO (10%): Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to ensure that all technical aspects are aligned with commercial objectives, translating complex technical terms into actionable business strategies
