Technical Documentation Engineer

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for documenting their open-source projects and platform products, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation for their public npm modules and robust modular codebase. You will work closely with the development team to keep the documentation up-to-date and address community questions and issues. This role requires strong Node.js development experience, proficiency in English, and experience with open-source technologies, Git, and markdown. Remote collaboration skills are essential due to the company's globally distributed team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Node.js developing high-quality, clean and efficient code is mandatory
• 1+ years of experience in documentation and is highly proficient in the English language
• Passion and experience working with open source technologies
• Experience with Git and markdown are essential
• Remote Collaboration: Since our team is distributed globally, experience in remote collaboration and communication is essential to align with our dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Proactively update the documentation to match the rapid development pace of the development team
• Writing and improving documentation, guides, FAQs, etc
• Developing high quality proof of concept application and example snippets
• Staying aware of questions and issues faced by the community and improving the documentation to support them better

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with C/C++ is good to have
