Summary

Join Actian as a Technical Implementation Advisor to lead customer technical onboarding and post-implementation success for the Zeenea Data Intelligence Platform. You will own the end-to-end technical implementation process, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption. This customer-facing role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills. Responsibilities include leading technical onboarding, developing implementation plans, managing technical setup and configuration, providing technical documentation, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Post-implementation, you will support advanced integrations, deliver technical insights, and advise on complex projects. You will also partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical implementation, consulting, professional services, or customer success in a SaaS, data management, or cloud-based environment
  • Excellent ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent implementation projects with enterprise customers
  • Knowledge of APIs & software development (Python, Java), data pipelines, and enterprise integration architectures
  • Proven success in enterprise software implementations, balancing technical execution with customer business needs
  • Experience leading technical enablement, training, or technical workshops
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical onboarding process for new Zeenea Data Intelligence Platform customers
  • Develop and execute customer implementation plans ensuring smooth deployment and adoption
  • Manage the technical setup, configuration, and deployment of Zeenea, ensuring seamless integration into customer environments
  • Provide customer technical documentation, workflows, and best practices for metadata management and governance
  • Proactively identify technical implementation risks and provide recommendations to mitigate issues before they arise
  • Support advanced technical integrations to extend platform capabilities
  • Deliver ongoing technical insights to help customers improve efficiency, performance, and scalability
  • Advise customers on complex metadata manipulation projects
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback
  • Support customer presentations, providing technical insights that reinforce business impact
  • Contribute to case studies showcasing innovative metadata implementations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of data catalogs, business glossaries, lineage tracking, and governance policies
  • Experience with metadata-driven architectures and data integration strategies across cloud and hybrid environments
  • Prior experience in a Technical Account Management (TAM) or Technical and/or Data Consulting role
