Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading a team of engineers
• Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Experience working with Javascript and modern JS libraries like React
• Understanding of CSS frameworks and preprocessors

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of front and back end software engineers
• Plan, design, and deliver projects; actively participating in discussions and decisions
• Contribute code and grow your technical skills
• Maintain the technical health of our systems
• Participate in architectural decision-making and implementation
• Build speedy code delivery pipelines from MacBook to production that are both developer friendly and encourage best practices around testing, security, data migrations, and issue ownership
