Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and execution of complex product development projects that deliver on Circle’s product roadmap
  • Define durable processes for the broader team, create project plans, lead project team activities, track progress, and monitor and communicate project status
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects in planning and flight to coordinate cross-functional team strategies into a cohesive plan
  • Help define durable processes for the broader team for things like OKR planning, status reporting, releasing plans, etc
  • Lead programs by managing program structure, scope, release planning, as well as ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive workgroup alignment meetings in order to address tactical release issues, dependencies, program status, milestones, etc
  • Organize and lead project meetings and compile project status reports to drive deliverables to schedule, as well as develop resolutions to mitigate risks
  • Establish strong relationships with all project stakeholders including team members and leadership
  • Establish and improve internal processes where necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional PMI/Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Macbook preferred

Benefits

  • Base Pay Range: $145,000-192,500
  • Annual Bonus Target: 15%
