Summary

Requirements

• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• 6+ years of professional front-end development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Leadership experience and ability to influence technical direction
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
• Proven track record of delivering high-impact front-end projects

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and other Tech Leads to define and share team goals
• Work across teams to resolve cross-team issues
• Take ownership of the team’s on-call health and product reliability and quality
• Actively participate in setting the team's direction
• Grow team members to handle increasingly challenging tasks
• Create and foster diverse teams and an inclusive culture

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working on Generative AI powered solutions
