Technical Lead Reactjs

Summary

You will architect solutions, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members. This role requires expertise in React, SQL, Agile methodologies, and object-oriented programming. You will contribute to code, oversee deployments, and manage technical risks. The ideal candidate will have experience with React Native, user engagement tracking, and containerization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below*:React [ Experience in building responsive UIs using React (web) ]
• Knowledge of rendering libraries (ex- Foliate) , Multimedia support (Ex- Howler.js/Video/js)
• SQL [Basic understanding of SQL Server or ability to work with data from SQL Server APIs]
• Experience in localization and internationalization
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies
• Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
• Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems
• Practice and initiative mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization
• Proficiency in the English language

Responsibilities

• Technical Guidance – Provide architectural and design direction to the development team
• Code Quality Oversight – Ensure high standards in code through reviews, best practices, and consistency
• Team Mentorship – Coach and develop team members in technical skills and professional growth
• Project Planning – Collaborate in estimation, sprint planning, and technical task breakdown
• Stakeholder Communication – Act as the technical point of contact for product managers and other stakeholders
• Problem Solving – Resolve complex technical challenges and guide the team through blockers
• Technology Evaluation – Assess and recommend tools, frameworks, and practices to improve delivery
• Deployment & Releases – Oversee build pipelines, deployments, and ensure production readiness
• Code Contribution – Actively contribute to development to set the standard and unblock others
• Risk Management – Identify technical risks early and implement mitigation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• React Native experience
• Experience in incorporating User Engagement Tracking (ex. Google Analytics or Mixpanel)
• Unit Testing
• Containers using Docker/Kubernetes
• Exposure with CMS systems (ex. - Strapi or Contentful)
• Knowledge of Accessibility Standards(WCAG)
• Architectural (Microservices etc)
