Technical Lead, Software Engineer

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a React Native Developer
• Strong proficiency in React Native and its core principles and in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and Typescript, CSS, SASS
• In-depth knowledge of frontend development, including state management, component lifecycle, and UI/UX principles
• Experience using Redux
• Familiarity with AI tools and proactive driving their usage and application
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies
• Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
• Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems
• Practice and initiative mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization
• Good understanding of SOLID principles
• Familiarity with OWASP
• Proficiency in the English language

Responsibilities

• Work on the mobile application from the healthcare area that helps with clinical studies
• Rework the currently unstable mobile application while adding new functionality
• Work as a part of an international team of 5-6 react native engineers
• Communicate daily with Tech Lead from US at the client´s side
• Collaborate daily with colleagues from India

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to optimize mobile performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with both native platforms Android (Java) and iOS (Obj-C or Swift)
• High-level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate
• Experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL
• AWS or other Cloud Platform(s) experience
• Gen AI
