Summary

Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Have 2+ years in a TechOps, IT, Engineering, or DevOps role
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python or JavaScript plus basic software engineering knowledge
- Possess strong SQL skills and knowledge of database technologies
- Have experience working with APIs
- Have experience with automation tools like Cypress or similar
- Have experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Have experience working with AI and LLMs
- Demonstrate familiarity with macOS and IT management
- Demonstrate familiarity with monitoring tools such as Datadog and Sentry
- Demonstrate familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Demonstrate familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Demonstrate understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing
- Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Be extremely detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Responsibilities
- Write code and tools to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and enhance efficiency for core product and internal workflows
- Act as a primary responder to technical incidents, analyze root causes, and implement preventive measures
- Support internal IT processes with an eye towards automation around vendor management, access and identity management, and more
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance and scalability
- Ensure systems adhere to security best practices and compliance standards
- Work closely with Engineering, Customer Support, and Product teams to support deployment processes and integrate new technologies
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configuration, procedures, and changes to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity
