Technical Product Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Product Manager, ideally focused on building care coordination tools or clinical applications that support healthcare teams and the people they serve
• A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customizing, integrating, and deploying solutions that meet evolving business and clinical needs
• A solid understanding of how care is delivered—whether it’s care coordination, clinical operations, or behind-the-scenes workflows—and how to create tools that make those processes easier and more effective
• Familiarity with clinical data standards and interoperability frameworks such as EDI, HL7, FHIR, and how they support seamless care across systems
• A proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders to navigate change, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-impact solutions
• Experience managing external vendors—aligning on goals, timelines, and quality to ensure solutions are delivered thoughtfully and reliably
• Familiarity with the healthcare technology landscape, including EMRs, CRMs, claims systems, and how they all connect through modern data exchange paradigms
• A working understanding of Azure fundamentals and cloud-based architectures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, especially when working with diverse stakeholders—from clinical teams to engineers and executives
• The ability to translate complex needs into clear technical requirements and thoughtfully manage product backlogs with an eye toward impact and value
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks, such as HIPAA, and the importance of protecting participant privacy and trust
• Knowledge of patient engagement platforms and care management tools, with a desire to support meaningful connections between people and their care
• Comfort working within Agile development environments and using tools that support flexible, team-based delivery

Responsibilities

• Take the lead in developing and launching thoughtful solutions using Microsoft technologies (such as Dynamics 365) that directly support clinical workflows and care coordination for those who need it most
• Partner with clinicians, developers, and fellow product professionals to define and prioritize the features that matter most—balancing impact, feasibility, and technical considerations with care
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver reliable, effective solutions—building trust and keeping everyone aligned along the way
• Ensure our products are built with integrity, meeting healthcare compliance standards and embracing interoperability frameworks like HL7 and FHIR
• Help simplify and strengthen the day-to-day experiences of our care teams and participants by designing smooth, intuitive clinical and administrative workflows
• Maintain and share product roadmaps, backlogs, and release schedules in a way that keeps everyone informed, engaged, and moving forward together
• Gather feedback from our users with humility and openness, using their insights to shape enhancements and spark new ideas
• Keep a pulse on evolving healthcare and PACE industry trends, compliance changes, and innovations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to inform your work
• Create user-friendly product documentation, like user stories and training materials, that makes it easier for everyone to adopt and succeed with the tools you help build
• Step in and support related projects and initiatives as needed—because great things happen when we help each other out
