Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on automation, AI workflows and business processes
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make, UI Path, or similar low-code/no-code platforms)
  • Experience in leading and coordinating teams to deliver projects at a very fast pace
  • Coding proficiency in Python and SQL – ability to build custom integrations, automate data flows, and enhance automation tools beyond low-code solutions
  • Proven ability to translate customer requirements into actionable automation solutions, defining both the what and the how to build them
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and deliver impactful solutions
  • Self-starter mentality – ability to own projects end-to-end, experiment, and iterate quickly

Responsibilities

  • Own the automation roadmap – Identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities that remove bottlenecks and improve internal efficiency
  • Lead a team of business process automation specialists focused on building automated and innovative workflows
  • Translate customer requirements into solutions – Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand pain points and define both the 'what' and 'how' to build effective automation solutions
  • Be hands-on in automation development – Have the technical ability to build, refine, and troubleshoot workflows using low-code/no-code tools (i.e. Zapier, n8n, UI Path or Make), integrate GenAI in your products, as well as coding in Python and SQL for more complex automation
  • Ensure scalability and maintainability – Establish best practices for automation development, GenAI integration, ensuring workflows are resilient, adaptable, and well-documented
  • Measure and iterate – Analyze automation performance, track key metrics, and continuously refine workflows for maximum impact
  • Stay ahead of automation and AI trends – Evaluate new AI and automation tools, LLMs, and automation strategies to keep TRM at the forefront of business process innovation
  • Quickly identify and implement automations – scope and deploy initial solutions within 2-4 weeks, balancing speed and long-term scalability
  • Work in fast feedback loops – test impact and iterate on workflows within 1-2 weeks of launch
  • Drive adoption and iteration – ensure internal teams leverage automation effectively and evolve workflows as business needs change, with major refinements occurring within the first 60 days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI-powered tools and integrating them into business processes is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset – ability to assess automation performance, analyze data, and refine solutions based on insights
