Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in technical product management or a similar role
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with AI/ML product management
  • Experience with end-to-end marketing technology product delivery
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and technology trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
  • Analyze business needs and mitigate risks
  • Lead engineering discussions on technology decisions
  • Serve as the technical SME
  • Partner with client partners and growth teams to elevate proposals
  • Own the technical proposal pipeline, ensuring proposals are compelling and aligned
  • Provide technical guidance and risk assessment
  • Define and manage roadmaps
  • Leverage emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with data and engineering on feasibility and execution
  • Act as the primary technical liaison
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Present complex solutions clearly
  • Partner to identify product capabilities
  • Consult with creative teams
  • Streamline the proposal process
  • Support QBRs, RFIs, and client-facing materials
  • Improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate on decks to communicate value
  • Provide insights on product performance and client behavior
  • Develop metrics to measure success
  • Evaluate and optimize potential AI solutions and recommendations
  • Stay current with AI technologies and identify applications

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in cloud platform architecture (GCP a plus) and marketing operations is a plus
