Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role
  • 1+ years of experience with HL7v2, FHIR, and other common standards of healthcare system data exchange solutions
  • Hands-on experience with systems like Mirth or Rhapsody
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer-facing work, managing internal and external calls to ensure alignment and clear communication
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions during the implementation process
  • Manage end-to-end technical implementations, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
  • Consult with clients throughout the implementation process, translating technical concepts into actionable solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with APIs
  • Experience with EHR systems
  • Familiarity with interoperability tools like IRIS
  • Background in healthcare IT integrations or system migrations
