Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree with 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role
- 1+ years of experience with HL7v2, FHIR, and other common standards of healthcare system data exchange solutions
- Hands-on experience with systems like Mirth or Rhapsody
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-facing work, managing internal and external calls to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions during the implementation process
- Manage end-to-end technical implementations, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
- Consult with clients throughout the implementation process, translating technical concepts into actionable solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with APIs
- Experience with EHR systems
- Familiarity with interoperability tools like IRIS
- Background in healthcare IT integrations or system migrations
