Summary

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with demonstrated technical and troubleshooting skills, preferably in support of the VA or DoD
- At least 2β3 years of experience supporting responses to federal RFPs with a focus on programmatic strategy and compliance
- Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered
- Hands-on experience with data management, system troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency in data harmonization tools and reporting software
- Strong understanding of federal program management and acquisition processes
- Expertise in Section 508 compliance standards and federal security protocols
- Proven ability to deliver an excellent customer experience through proactive problem-solving and clear communication
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to discuss project statuses, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Monitor and resolve technical and operational issues, leveraging hands-on technical expertise
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and data-related problems to minimize disruptions and optimize performance
- Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions while adhering to established standards
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements and federal security protocols
- Update and clean user data to maintain system accuracy and integrity
- Facilitate internal team meetings to align on deliverables and enhance coordination for customer satisfaction
- Manage data refresh processes within the product, including harmonization across data sources
- Generate and distribute reporting, including managing Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) resolution processes
- Provide technical product training, user guidance, and support to federal clients
- Conduct quality assurance checks on deliverables to maintain the highest standards
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience by addressing client needs effectively and proactively
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and maintenance
- Respond to federal Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with a programmatic lens, contributing to proposals with technical and management insights
- Apply knowledge of federal acquisition processes to support contract execution and compliance
- Maintain and uphold public trust clearance requirements
- Procure and/or maintain a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks, including security and accessibility
- Familiarity with VA or DoD data systems and requirements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 1-year or more experience in healthcare supply chain
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment as a lead resource
- Product knowledge of GHX products or relatable supply chain experience
