Summary
Join Master Builders Solutions in Norway as a Technical Sales Support colleague and contribute to our success as a leading provider of AdMixture and UnderGround Construction solutions. Provide technical support and assistance to our sales team and customers. Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and offer suitable solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations. Stay updated on industry trends and developments. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams. Actively contribute to achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Class 2 concrete education
- Good knowledge of concrete technology (tunneling, chemical injections, spray- or, prefab concrete)
- Minimum 3 yearsβ working experience from concrete industry
- Awareness and openness for new know-how in technical topics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
- Valid drivers license B
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers by assisting with product knowledge and application recommendations
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and quotations for customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in Norway
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any technical issues
- Actively contribute together with the colleagues in the sales team to achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Experience from construction enterpreneur environment is a merit
