You will provide hands-on technical support to customers, primarily focusing on injection molding of UBQ products. This role involves travel within Central Europe and requires experience in PVC processing as technical customer support or equipment specialist. Requirements

• Experience in the field of PVC processing as Technical Customer Support, or as an Equipment Specialist for PVC
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical acumen
• Ability to travel international; valid driver’s license required
• Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Polish) are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for customers’ trials, primarily focusing on injection molding , with possible involvement in extrusion and rotomolding processes
• Identify and implement quality improvements in collaboration with customers and internal teams
• Maintain effective communication and representation of UBQ at customer sites
• Prepare timely trial reports, ideally within 24 hours of testing
• Travel within Central Europe (short trips or up to 3 days as needed)

Preferred Qualifications

Detailed experience in PVC applications is a plus
