Summary

ERP Suites is seeking an experienced Director of Technical Services to lead their technical teams, manage IT operations, and develop IT strategies. The position is fully remote but may require occasional travel. The role involves leadership, planning, service delivery, customer relationship management, technology innovation, budgeting, risk management, and compliance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in IT operations, in a leadership role managing technical teams, particularly in a multi-tenant environment
• Strong technical background in system administration, infrastructure operations, and data center management
• Self-starter, can-do attitude
• Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategies that have delivered measurable business benefits
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholders across different levels of the organization
• Experience in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and negotiating contracts
• Deep understanding of ITIL, ISO, and other industry standards and best practices in IT service management
• Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity principles
