Summary

Join our team as a Technical Support Consultant and thrive in a multicultural and multilingual, fully remote work environment. Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails, offering Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for payment systems. Monitor transaction activities, identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with banks and acquirers. Stay current with cutting-edge technology while securely handling sensitive customer information. This role requires excellent English skills (C1 level), technical support experience, 1–2 years of Fintech experience, troubleshooting skills, and a positive attitude. A personal laptop with sufficient RAM and a stable internet connection are also necessary.

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Technical support experience is a must
  • 1–2 years of experience in Fintech is a must
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats, and emails
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for payment systems
  • Monitor transaction activities and dashboards to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with payment systems
  • Collaborate with banks and acquirers to proactively oversee their processing capabilities and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
