Join SupportYourApp as a Technical Support Consultant and contribute to the success of leading SaaS, Software, or Hardware solutions. Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience of at least 1–2 years in technical support is a must
  • Experience providing technical support via phone calls
  • Understanding of Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
