Technical Support Consultant

Summary

Join SupportYourApp's Technical Support Consultant team and provide exceptional customer support in a remote, multicultural, and multilingual environment. Requirements

• Excellent Italian and English is a must (both spoken and written)
• At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support in fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to details
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via emails, calls and chats
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
• Document customer interactions
• Improve customer support processes and procedures
• Maintain high level of product knowledge
• Stay up to date with the product updates and changes
