Responsibilities include consulting the contact center, checking portal functionality, fixing bugs, and creating tickets for database issues. Requirements

  • Basic SQL and MSSQL knowledge (completed courses)
  • Understanding of general web development principles
  • Pre-Intermediate level English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Consult the contact center on functionality
  • Check the web portal's functionality and speed
  • Fix bugs and forward them to developers
  • Create tickets when the central database responds incorrectly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of medical reform
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience in the medical field (administrator, technical support, or related understanding of medical institution operations)
