Requirements

  • Good knowledge of web development using JavaScript, HTML & CSS
  • Basic understanding of different data structures and algorithms
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail is essential for this position
  • Good English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Stable internet connection and good mic quality is a must
  • Friendly demeanor and ability to deal with customers
  • Must have great problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to think creatively, take ownership, and learn quickly

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; collaborate with customers to understand issues and offer workarounds
  • Create and implement remote fixes; collaborate with development teams to integrate fixes into the product
  • Document issues and resolutions, and help our product team deal with similar issues in the future
  • Monitor and ensure timely resolution of technical customer tickets; escalate complex issues when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • GitHub knowledge
  • Experience in SharePoint is a plus
  • Knowledge of how REST APIs work
  • Online portfolio / published websites are a plus
  • React knowledge is a plus
