Requirements

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
• Experience of at least 3–5 years in technical support is a must
• Proven knowledge of the payments ecosystem mechanisms
• Troubleshooting skills
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Postman, MongoDB, Tableau, Snowflake
• QA experience
• Experience with CRM systems
