Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
  • Experience in technical support role, preferable in software support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with software applications
  • Ability to analyze logs and system diagnostics for issue resolution
  • Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and caring attitude with a can-do approach
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology
  • Provide support to customers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
  • Gather data to ensure the required technical info is collected to resolve even more complex tickets
  • Gather required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
  • Ensure customers' satisfaction with any interaction
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies to identify and troubleshoot technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems
