Requirements

  • Have experience with shops and marketplaces and have set up at least one shop yourself
  • Have experience with ERP or CRM systems as a user & system administrator (e.g. JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision, Billbee or similar) and ideally you are already familiar with Xentral
  • B2B support is nothing new to you and you enjoy communicating with customers
  • Speak and write fluent English (C1) and German (C1)

Responsibilities

  • Support Xentral users in the e-commerce sector by using your expertise to solve problems with shop interfaces and marketplaces in conjunction with our ERP system, and help them overcome challenges in using the software
  • Support customers with the integration of Shopify, Amazon, Shopware, and other players in the e-commerce market
  • Be familiar with typical pitfalls and user questions and actively work with our product team to improve the user experience in the e-commerce area
  • Answer typical user inquiries and act as a liaison to our specialist departments
  • Explain what requirements our software meets and help with problems via ticket system, video calls, and telephone
  • Keep an eye on our quality standards towards our customers and be responsible for their satisfaction
