Technical Support Manager

Summary

Join Xentral, a tech startup, and become a key member of our team supporting e-commerce clients with their ERP system. You will provide expert support, troubleshoot issues with shop interfaces and marketplaces, and collaborate with the product team to enhance user experience. This role requires experience with shops, marketplaces, and ERP/CRM systems, along with fluent English and German communication skills. Requirements

• Have experience with shops and marketplaces and have set up at least one shop yourself
• Have experience with ERP or CRM systems as a user & system administrator (e.g. JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision, Billbee or similar) and ideally you are already familiar with Xentral
• B2B support is nothing new to you and you enjoy communicating with customers
• Speak and write fluent English (C1) and German (C1)

Responsibilities

• Support Xentral users in the e-commerce sector by using your expertise to solve problems with shop interfaces and marketplaces in conjunction with our ERP system, and help them overcome challenges in using the software
• Support customers with the integration of Shopify, Amazon, Shopware, and other players in the e-commerce market
• Be familiar with typical pitfalls and user questions and actively work with our product team to improve the user experience in the e-commerce area
• Answer typical user inquiries and act as a liaison to our specialist departments
• Explain what requirements our software meets and help with problems via ticket system, video calls, and telephone
• Keep an eye on our quality standards towards our customers and be responsible for their satisfaction
