Summary
Join Builder.io as a Technical Support Specialist and help customers succeed with our platform. You will manage your support queue, provide timely communication, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and escalate complex problems. Contribute to product and documentation improvements by using support insights. Collaborate with a fully remote global team, maintaining strong asynchronous communication. This role requires 2+ years of front-end development experience and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); familiarity with responsive design and frameworks like React is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems
- Proven experience live-coding and using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI assistants to debug, explain code, or enhance productivity
Responsibilities
- Support users by managing your support queue and providing timely, clear communication via support tickets, forum interactions, or direct engagement with our Enterprise customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues ,ย identifying bugs or technical problems and delivering solutions where possible. As needed, escalate complex issues to the Internal teams
- Contribute to product and documentation improvements by turning support insights into better experiences for our users
- Collaborate within a fully remote global team, maintaining strong asynchronous communication with colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
Bonus points for experience with platforms like Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or Squarespace
